SLC Open Space Lands is Hiring!!

Salt Lake City’s Open Space Lands Program is currently hiring seasonal positions

We are looking for enthusiastic people with an interest in working outdoors and gaining experience in trails and lands maintenance and natural habitat restoration.

Job Description          $10.10 an hour

Responsible for care of assigned locations in Salt Lake City’s open space and natural lands. Includes maintenance of ecological restoration areas and native vegetation, weed control, trail maintenance, amenity repairs, litter cleanup, and other tasks as assigned. Work is primarily outdoors; work locations include the Jordan River Parkway Trail, Salt Lake City foothills, and various natural areas and stream corridors.


• Physical conditions sufficient for extended outdoor manual labor.
