Dear Utahns Against Hunger Supporters and Gardening Enthusiasts!
As we enter the growing season, we're reaching out to you to help us spread the word about Grow-a-Row, Share-the-Harvest.
One in six Utah households struggle to afford the food they need, yet during the height of the growing season, there's often a surplus of fresh produce growing in our own backyards. Through Grow-a-Row Share-the-Harvest, gardeners in Utah can help fight hunger by growing an extra row of produce and donating it to local hunger relief organizations.
If you or someone you know would like to donate produce from your garden to a local food pantry, please visit the Grow-a-Row, Share-the-Harvest webpage. Here you can register your Grow-a-Row project and find a pantry near you that accepts produce donations. For questions, please reach out to Liz.
