Career Advancement Program (CAP)

Sione Ferrer
Graphic Designer for Red Touch Media

Wednesday, November 19
 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
SLCC South City Campus – Room 1-133

                           FREE & Open to Everyone

A SLCC Alumni can talk about his background, education all the way up to his work-place career, how he started and what his future plans are in his career.

Sione heard from another classmate who transferred to a four-year institution that SLCC’s Graphic Design instruction was superior than that at his current institution. (I don’t want to say.) I think that important to note though.

Sione is of Tongan (Pacific Islander), El Salvadorean and Cuban descent. He has two families with 13 total siblings altogether. His major at SLCC was Graphic Design/Web Design remembering his first interest in that field was when he was growing up in Miami, he was drawn to all of the colorful posters and designs that Miami is famously known for. Now that he works at Red Touch Media, he is a Graphic Designer with a focus on creating items that communicate thoughts and ideas for their clients.
