Global Community Evening of Dialogue creates a TED talk-style forum engaging all aspects of our community to participate in active listening that challenges traditional thinking, stimulates questions, and deepens the understanding of global topics that confront Utah. Scheduled speakers include, Kim Buhler, a refugee from Vietnam who practices immigration law in Utah and Pam Perlich, a local economist who addresses the fact that Salt Lake Valley is becoming a minority-majority community and available services need to change to meet the need of our new community.

Finishing with featured speaker Emmanuel Jal who through music, poetry and spoken word will share his message of awareness about war, genocide, and social injustices that impact the world.
