COMMUNITY PARTNER OVERVIEW/MISSION:

Vision:
To provide the right amount of tools and support to help youth shape their future with success and confidence. The Faces of Youth Project, the youth division of SEE, Society of Economic Empowerment Foundation, focuses on empowering youth through a variety of projects such as; entrepreneurship, financial development, arts and culture. Our intent is to prepare children in the formative years so that they can become self-sufficient, productive and inspired adults.

Mission:
To prepare the youth of today to become self sufficient and productive adults through mentoring self development, financial and economic education.

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR:

The volunteer coordinator is Tara Dewitt. She has a degree from BYU in sociology and psychology.

ORIENTATION/TRAINING:

Orientation included with a packet. No substantial training.

REQUIREMENTS:

Paid background check. Expect to be active with the children in playing games and sports! Great fun for both children and volunteers!

TIME COMMITMENTS:

Flexible.


VOLUNTEER INFO/DUTIES:

Volunteers will tutor, supervise, mentor, play, and create activities for the children.
